1 can of Campbell cream of chicken
1 can of water
3/4 cup of rice
1/4 tablespoon of ground pepper
Grated cheddar cheese
Fresh or dried parsley
How we are going to do it...
Mix cream of chicken, water and pepper in a baking bowl
If you want a cheesey rice, mix some cheese here
Put in the rice
Make sure the soup and water covers the rice. Add water if not enough
Put the bowl of everything into the oven to 375F for 45 min
When soup base is dried, rice is fluffy and moist, add a top layet of grated cheese
Melt the cheese and serve with dried or fresh parsley
